Leading MRRs for chi hair straightener customers to gain ODD orders and Slim Orders smoothly and successfully; As HP & IBM account in Liteon, has made QBR ranking 1st in Q1/2004; Well keep golden relations with Sony/Optiarc by being a sole source in 2005~2006; 8Ds writing and reporting, factory presentation show; Responsible for chi straightener,SEA,SMA,RSC,chi straighteners audit,and findings follow up; Excellent communication skill to deal with quality issues and internally coordinate with engineering, MFG, Material, Sales, QA, R/D and PM team to achieve customers’ demand /expectation; ,and seek proper ways to control any abnormalities and solve them, thus to reduce internal / External cost loss; Attend BPI (Business Process Improvement) training and gain Green Belt Certification Con call with FAE and C/S overseas in English Twice a week to maintain product quality among Factory ,Customer’ site ,and W/H in World Wide;
