Strategy & orientation:

1.Strategy & orientation: To identify opportunities in addition to Commercial calendar (peak and non peak periods) that promotes sales growth;Follow up the platform & work closely with matrix partner for business planning & sales orientation of dept.in north face jackets;2.Build-up & remodle;3.Sales & Promotion : Analysis of GM and turnover create sales steering actions;Present the range by function;Product analysis for all new items in the range;Ensure plans,layout and work brief for commercial merchandising standards in department;Maintain the width&depth,structure of range product and clearly communicate the price ladder;Provide flexible sales spaces in the dept. to maximise Logistic efficiency and achieve goals for range KPI’s(concrete, overstock);According to the cheap north face jackets media strategy,use the store media to present the range for offering “life at home ”image to customers;Secure sales steering to use 3A&1K,top30 articles and ensure the products in Hot spots are in good supply;Control top sellers、overstocks articles,inventory level, stock replenishment; Pay attentiong to the customer’s needs;Information feedback;Monitor action plans for customer flow and competitor shopping;Make the promotion plan of dept.and give the feedback about it;4.People motivation and northface jackets:Hire, fire,train, and manage my sales co-workers team; Take the responsibility for the people and to coach, develop and inspire my team;5.Team work: Work closely with Comm&In team to ensure the Priorities are being met through the correct Media; Work with the logistics team、com-in team、business navigator team、recovery team、safety&security team、environment team、local marketing、Customer Service department、HR and matrix partner;6.Clearly make the routine;7.Others:Control the budget of department(UTG articles’s fee;delivery fee;salary;working hour etc.);To manage and implement changes of department using the work brief process;Monitor that the basics actions are in place.
